Destination weddings bring guests from many hotels and many flights to a single place at a single time. If transport is left to chance, someone ends up late.
We plan the movements backwards from the ceremony. Who needs to be at the venue when, who is arriving from the airport, who is coming from which hotel, and how everyone gets back afterwards.
What we can do

- Guest shuttles. Toyota Hiace vans run a loop between hotels and the venue.

Planning tips
- Send guest numbers and hotels early. We can confirm vehicle count and costs.
- Allow extra time for photos between ceremony and reception.
- Plan the last run of the night with your venue so no one is left waiting.
