North Side is the long north-eastern stretch of the island. It has the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and Blue Iguana reserve, the Cayman Crystal Caves, small communities and roads that run beside the water.
It is not on the usual visitor map, which is why it appeals to people who want a quieter stay. It also means no taxi rank around the corner.
